In collaboration with the main contractor, IL-Architecture and MdlR design studios, the project involved the demolition of parts of the property, including:

• The excavation and extension of the existing basement to include a new gym, sauna and guest bedroom suite,
• Stripping back the property to shell conditions and reconstruction and renovation of the remainder
• Refurbishment of the whole property, throughout the home and its grounds, including a new swimming pool and entertainment areas.

Throughout the project timeline, the scope evolved, and further work was undertaken and completed, including;

• The demolition and rebuilding of the conservatory,
• The restoration of the external brickwork and new roof,
• New hard and soft landscaping of the grounds after a lightwell was created to add natural light to the extended basement level. 

The result is a luxurious home catered to the client’s every needs, and an inviting space for them to work, relax or entertain – both indoors and outside.
