Hotel Renovation, Central London
Located in the heart of London, and only a short walk away from Hyde Park, and Bayswater or Marble Arch stations, Central Park hotel is a handy spot for tourists to call home while they explore the city. However, this hotel was in need of a renovation and redevelopment to transform the rooms following it's last redesign 20 years ago.

The team at Building Perspectives Ltd were brought in to support this renovation as the hotel looked to renovate all 295 rooms.
Working closely with the building teams, Building Perspectives were the Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers to help bring the design and vision to life.
Building works included renovating every hotel room, and every floor in it's entirety. All walls and floors were stripped and rebuilt, with the commons open in the middle.
The team then ensured that all hotel room partians and bathrooms were rebuilt, ready for final bathroom installation and room designs.
The newly designed rooms offer a range of options, including single, double, triple and quadruple rooms, to help facilitate the needs of their guests.
This modern hotel, now incorporates modern and sleek design, while also honouring it's original 1972 design. It offers a coffee shop, bar and restaurant, and offers a range of hotel rooms across six floors with stunning views.
