Twist Museum, Oxford Circus
Building Perspectives were appointed as the Project Manager for the new design and extension of the basement floor at the Twist Museum
As the Project manager, BPL managed the lease, collaborated and managed all the stakeholders, including:
• The Property Owners
• Designers
• Building team (five sub-contractors)
• Building Managers
• Legal teams
• Surrounding businesses, university and retail spaces
• Building control
The museum wanted to extend and completely renovate their basement floor in Oxford Street, expanding the space from 6,000 ft to 11,000 ft, including internal demolition into the surrounding basement area including the isolation/ separation/ demolition of existing MEP.
