Commercial Support
Throughout the restoration period, the team worked closely to collaborate with the main contractor, GMA Architecture and Argent Design to support the successful delivery of the project.
During the project, our team provided:
· Comprehensive cost management
· Commercial oversight, including detailed budget planning, ongoing cost reporting, and monitoring expenditure against forecasts.
The team actively managed the project to minimise any financial risks and ensure the best value for the client, while commercial services covered:
· Procurement of specialist contractors,
· Management of valuations and variations,
· Delivery of clear, transparent reporting to support timely, informed decision-making.
The completed project transformed the Art Deco-inspired property into a substantial private residence of nearly 16,000 square feet; comprising six bedrooms over six floors. Original features such as French windows and ornamental balconies were sensitively retained and integrated alongside high-end amentities, including three reception rooms, a swimming pool, and a rooftop garden with views over the Victoria & Albert Museum.
