Jason has worked in the construction industry for 25 years, latterly as a Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager of projects. He also has extensive experience in the Project Management of construction projects for his clients as required.

Starting his career from working on construction sites in his native New Zealand, his experience has progressed primarily within the building and civil engineering sectors of the construction industry, where he has worked for all sectors within the construction supply chain. In the past he has also worked with main contractors, clients and consultant organisations, carrying out surveying / commercial management roles, as well as managing the building process where required. This experience has provided him with an extensive knowledge of contemporary construction, both technically and its sequences, which enables him to make sound judgements when advising his clients.

He has experience in using a wide range of contacts on a variety of different types of construction situations. In many cases he has worked from inception of a project, managing the design and costing process from the tender stage all the way to settling final accounts and adjudications where necessary.
