Trevor has been working with us as a Project Manager for over 9 years. His experience prior to this was within the architectural sector with over 20 years of industry experience. This has enabled him to gain a critical awareness of the lifespan and requirements of a construction project, in addition to the strategic consideration behind construction/ renovation methodologies.

Since joining us, he has gained both experience and expertise in Pre-Construction elements such as Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, including the collation, submission and assessments required for Tender Management. He has also developed his expertise in Construction elements, having gained both site management and project management experience, as well as gaining Postgraduate Certification in Construction Project Management, and so benefits from both experience on site as well as understanding best practice methodologies. As such, this breadth of experience has provided him with an extensive knowledge of contemporary construction processes.

Trevor has excellent planning and relationship management skills and has worked effectively with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the construction sector, including clients, contractors, consultants and local authority representatives. More recently, his particular focus has been managing construction dispute resolution projects, acting on behalf of clients in the undertaking of negotiations with regards to both insurance claims and adjudication processes.

His understanding of the process and assisting the client to realise their goals is what he takes great pride in.
